Returns and Refunds

Regular Orders
Lasting Impressions Bridal & Formal Wear accepts returns on online orders within 14 days of the delivery date.

All regular orders (not special order) can be returned. For garments that qualified for free shipping there is a full refund less a $50 restocking charge. The customer is responsible for the return postage. For other products, unfortunately, the postage fee cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return postage

Special Orders
Special orders can be returned for a 50% restock fee within 14 days of receiving your order (unless faulty). Special orders are any orders made for the customer rather than bought from stock on hand.

Unless the item is faulty, the following items cannot be returned for refund:

* Items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition;

* Sale items where the price has been marked down 30% or more.

* Showroom orders where customers have the opportunity of seeing and trying on dresses in the showroom with assistance from our experienced Stylists.

An item that has been marked down 50% or more may contain faults that have been mentioned in the description.  This has been taken into consideration in the pricing and these items cannot be returned.


Faulty items

Our dresses are checked before they are dispatched. If your dress arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Some of the garments may have been tried on in store and as a result may have been discounted to allow for a small mark or a few beads missing. In the case of discounted stock, some minor imperfections (that aren’t noticeable) should be expected.
Postage and Handling Fees
Postage fees cannot be refunded. For garments that qualified for free shipping there is a full refund less a $50 restocking charge. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are automatically processed so we regret that we are unable to make any changes or to your order after placement. Cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our returns policy on our website.


To make a return, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or call us on 0266422877 and ensure you can say YES to the following statements:

The order was a “regular order” order not “special order”.
The order was delivered within the last 14 days
The item has all tags attached and is unused.
The item was not a sale item with more than 30% discount.

Once your return is received it will be quality checked and you will be notified of returns processing times.
